In addition to the security of devices that are serviced on-site, you can repair up to four percent of the Macs or Apple displays covered by the agreement, or up to ten percent of the iPad or iPhone devices covered by the agreement, at no additional cost. AppleCare Enterprise includes AppleCare Help Desk Support, which provides unlimited phone support for diagnostics and troubleshooting of Apple-based solutions in both hardware and software, as well as identifying issues. Assistance can be obtained over the phone even with {{Apple Business Manager}} or {{Apple School Manager}}.
