Any stickers, camera protectors, cases etc. attached to the device should be removed.
It would be good to clean the screen, sometimes difficult to distinguish keystrokes from a dirty screen.

The original charger for the device must be included - its absence reduces the trade-in value (does not apply to iPhone).

The data contained in the exchange device is always removed securely.
You can also get certified secure wipes and datawipe services through us for devices to be recycled, along with destruction certificates if needed. Certified wiping is a paid service. Contact an expert.
After data removal, non-working devices are disassembled by our recycling partner, and parts are sorted according to material and condition. Broken parts are recycled environmentally friendly. Working parts and components are used either in the manufacture of new devices or in the refurbishment of old ones.
Working devices are refurbished by our recycling partner and given a new life as someone else's device, extending their lifecycle. This reduces electronic waste and saves energy and natural resources.

Only persons over the age of 18 can bring devices for recycling. The reimbursement can be used for any purchase in C&C stores. The reimbursement cannot be redeemed for cash or a gift card. The information on the old device will be securely erased.
For products less than 6 months old, a copy of the original purchase receipt must be presented (consumer agency guidance)

Replace the company's work machines with new ones at a lower cost by utilizing the trade-in value of old devices.
If there is a small number of old devices, the easiest way is to bring them to the nearest C&C store. We will check the condition of the devices while you wait and determine a fair trade-in price for them. For larger batches of devices (more than 5 devices), we can collect the products or come to make a price assessment on site.

Protection of a stolen device
iPhone's stolen device protection must be disabled and it is good to do it at home in advance. It cannot be turned off in the store without a protection delay (1 hour).
