The Service Provider reserves the right to change prices without separate notice. Campaign product prices are valid only during the campaign, or as long as stocks last, unless otherwise stated. Bundle offer prices do not apply if any component of the bundle is removed. Written offers are valid in accordance with the commitment given. Freight, tax, and other similar costs are added to the products' prices unless otherwise stated.

Deliveries
Orders are processed immediately if the products are in stock. Delivery time estimates for custom order items are based on information provided by suppliers and are indicative only. A reasonable delivery delay does not entitle the user to cancel the order.

Warranty
The warranty is determined in accordance with the warranty terms specified by the manufacturer. Please read carefully the manufacturer's warranty terms that you received with the device. A defect in the goods is primarily compensated for by rectifying the defect, either by repairing it in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty instructions and practices. If service cannot be performed, the product is exchanged for a product with equivalent features. The warranty replacement or repair of the product does not extend the original warranty period of the product.
The customer must notify the discovered defect within a reasonable time from when the customer discovered the defect or should have discovered it. Warranty repairs are carried out by the Service Provider's service department or, alternatively, by a service center designated by the Service Provider. The customer is responsible for the transport costs of the warranty service. However, consumer customers are entitled to send the product to warranty service free of charge, in the manner designated by the Service Provider.
Complaints
The customer is obliged to inspect the products upon arrival. If any defect or damage is found in the products, the customer must file a written complaint immediately, but no later than 8 days after the arrival of the products. An informal complaint can be submitted either by email to asiakaspalvelu@cec.com or by filling out the contact form on the website. The customer is obliged to check the products even if they are not used immediately or if they are packaged for storage. If no complaint is made, the delivery is deemed accepted. The warranty or liability for defects does not cover damage caused by incorrect use of the product or neglect of instructions.
The Service Provider is not liable for loss of income resulting from the products sold. Liability is limited to a maximum of the price of the product. If the purchased product is no longer available (e.g., due to end of production), the paid purchase amount will be refunded to the customer.
