Bundle offer prices do not apply if any components of the bundle are removed. Written offers are valid in accordance with the given commitment. Freight, tax, and other similar costs will be added to product prices unless otherwise stated.

Price Errors

The Service Provider reserves the right to cancel an order in the case of clear price errors. A clear price error is understood as a possible pricing error on the online store, where the product price significantly and clearly deviates from the correct price of the product.

Deliveries

Orders are processed immediately if the products are stock items. Delivery time estimates for order products are based on supplier announcements and are indicative. A reasonable delivery delay does not entitle the cancellation of the order.

The Service Provider is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or the indirect damages caused by delayed delivery to the user.

The Service Provider delivers the sold products based on a transport agreement with a third party. The Service Provider reserves the right to deliver ordered products in parts.

Warranty

The warranty is determined according to the terms and conditions defined by the manufacturer. Familiarize yourself carefully with the manufacturer's warranty terms, which you have received with the device. Product defects are primarily compensated for by correcting the defect either by repairing the defect according to the manufacturer's warranty instructions and practices. If the repair cannot be performed, the product is replaced with a product of equivalent characteristics. The warranty replacement or repair of the product does not extend the original warranty period of the product.

The customer must report the detected defect within a reasonable time after the customer has noticed or should have noticed it. Warranty repairs are performed at the Service Provider's service center or alternatively at the service center designated by the Service Provider. The customer is responsible for the transportation costs of the warranty service. However, consumer customers are entitled to deliver the product to warranty service free of charge in the manner specified by the Service Provider.

Complaints

The customer is obliged to check the products upon their arrival. If any defects or damages are detected in the products, the customer must immediately, but no later than 8 days after the arrival of the products, file a written complaint about the matter. A free-form complaint can be submitted either by email to asiakaspalvelu@cec.com or by filling out the contact form on the website. The customer is obligated to check the products even if they are not used immediately or are packaged for storage. If no complaint is made, the delivery is considered accepted. The warranty or defect liability does not cover damage caused by misuse of the product or neglect of instructions.

The Service Provider is not responsible for loss of income caused by the sold products. Responsibility is limited to the maximum product price. If the purchased product is no longer available (e.g., due to end of production), the paid purchase amount is refunded to the customer.
