Always a fair trade-in price.
We credit devices depending on their model and condition. Our experts check the condition of the devices in the store and determine their trade-in value. The assessment is quick and it's free of charge.
As Apple specialists, we are familiar with Apple products and pay the best trade-in prices for them. Since Apple devices are durable and retain their value well, even devices over five years old can still fetch a nice trade-in price.
The trade-in can be used for any purchase in C&C stores in Finland. The credit cannot be redeemed for cash or as a gift card.

To provide a price estimate for an Apple device, the serial number of the device is always required
Any stickers, camera protectors, cases etc. attached to the device should be removed.
It would be good to clean the screen, sometimes difficult to distinguish keystrokes from a dirty screen.
Turn off the Find My...? feature or equivalent.
The original charger for the device must be included - its absence reduces the trade-in value (does not apply to iPhone).
The final trade-in value is determined in-store, and it can change daily.

How long does the service take?
Service times vary depending on the fault, device, and service queue.
To minimize service time, we always have the most frequently requested spare parts in stock. As an Apple-authorized service, we can also get rarer parts within 1-2 days.
You can follow the progress of your service job by entering the device's serial number and the service job number into the service tracking, which you can find at the top of the page.
