High Blood Pressure Notifications: High blood pressure notifications are not intended for individuals who are under 22 years of age, pregnant, or have a history of high blood pressure.
Workout Tracking: Tested without iPhone and with heart rate monitor enabled during workouts in low power mode. Apple conducted testing in July-August 2025 using a pre-release version of Apple Watch Ultra 3. All devices were tested with pre-release software. Emergency SOS: Emergency SOS requires cellular connectivity or Wi-Fi calling with an internet connection from your Apple Watch or nearby iPhone. You can use Apple Watch Cellular models to make an emergency call in many locations, as long as cellular connectivity is available. Some cellular networks may not accept an emergency call from Apple Watch if it is not activated, not compatible with a particular cellular network, not configured to work on a specific cellular network, configured for cellular connectivity, or if the cellular network does not support emergency calls via IMS.
