3. The service coverage only includes the iPhone and the original accessories included with it, or batteries whose charge capacity has fallen below 80 percent of the original. Devices provided as replacements within the framework of Apple's repair and exchange service may include new or previously used original Apple spare parts that have been tested and meet Apple's functional requirements. No additional charges will be levied for mechanical failures. A service fee for back glass repair is available only for iPhone 12‑, iPhone 13‑, and iPhone 14 models. 4. Same day service availability and options may vary by region and iPhone model. In international service, Apple may repair or exchange your iPhone and iPhone parts with a corresponding iPhone model or parts that comply with local standards.

Express Replacement Service is not available with a service fee for screen replacement or back glass repair.
