2. The validity of AppleCare+ begins from the date of purchase of AppleCare+. Accidental damage refers to physical damage resulting from handling caused by an unexpected and unintentional event.
3. The coverage includes only the iPhone and the original accessories that came with it or batteries whose charge capacity has decreased below 80 percent of the original. Devices replaced under Apple's repair and replacement service may include new or previously used Apple original parts that have been tested and meet Apple's functional requirements. No extra charges will be made for mechanical failures. There is an additional charge for back glass service available only for iPhone 12‑, iPhone 13- and iPhone 14 series models. 4. Availability of same-day service options may vary by region and iPhone model. In international service, Apple may repair or replace your iPhone and iPhone parts with equivalent iPhone models or parts that comply with local standards.

There may be certain restrictions in the service coverage. Express Replacement Service is not available with the service fee for screen replacement or back glass service.
