The service coverage only includes the iPad, its original accessories that came with it, one compatible Apple Pencil, and one compatible Apple iPad keyboard used with the iPad, or batteries whose charge capacity has fallen below 80 percent of the original. Devices provided as part of Apple's repair and replacement service may include new or previously used Apple original parts that have been tested and meet Apple's functional requirements.
4. Abroad, Apple may use an equivalent iPad model or parts that comply with local standards for your iPad's service. Service options and charges may vary.
5. Availability of options depends on the country or region where the service is requested and the location of the authorized Apple service provider. Service coverage may have certain restrictions.
