The insurance covers an unlimited
number of damage incidents.
1. May include local call charges. Phone numbers and service hours may vary or change.
2. The Service Guarantee only covers AirPods, Beats earphones, or Beats headphones and their included original accessories for (i) material or manufacturing defects, (ii) batteries whose charge capacity has dropped below 80 percent of the original, and (iii) an unlimited number of accidental damage incidents arising from handling. Devices provided by Apple's repair‑ and replacement service may contain new or previously used Apple original parts that have been tested and meet Apple's functional requirements. 3. The availability of alternatives depends on the country or region where the service is requested and the location of the Apple Authorized Service Provider. The Service Guarantee may have certain limitations. 4. Requires serial number verification and remote diagnostics.
5. Requires remote diagnostics and a proof of purchase. The benefits of the AppleCare+ agreement do not fall under Apple's limited warranty and consumer protection laws, but complement the rights provided by these laws in your jurisdiction. The purchase of devices subject to the agreement does not require the purchase of AppleCare+. AppleCare+ is subject to terms of service.
