Before delivering the device for service, check the following things:
The "Find My Device" function must be disabled before we can perform the service. On working devices, this can be turned off from the iCloud settings with your Apple ID password. If the device is not working or cannot connect to the internet, the function can be disabled at https://www.icloud.com.

During the service of iOS devices, all data on the device is typically deleted. Therefore, it is necessary to back up the device either to iCloud or using the iTunes program by the user. If you want a paid backup service during servicing, choose the data transfer/backup service below.

Back up your computer's data before sending it for service. If FileVault is enabled on the device, it must be disabled during the service, or alternatively, provide the password for it. The password for the computer's main user account (admin) is also required. If your computer contains confidential or sensitive data, we recommend that you back up the computer and erase it before delivering it for service. If you want a paid data transfer/backup during servicing, choose the data transfer/backup service below.
If the device is registered in the company's device registry, the device management profile must be removed from the device before it can be serviced.
