C&C repair instructions
Before delivering the device for repair, check the following:
The 'Find My Device' function must be disabled before we can perform maintenance. It can be disabled from a working device in the iCloud settings using your Apple ID password. If the device does not work or cannot connect to the network, the function can be disabled at https://www.icloud.com.

During maintenance of iOS devices, all data will be deleted from the device. Therefore, the device must be backed up either to iCloud or to a computer with iTunes by the user. Data backup is always the responsibility of the customer. Back up the device's data before sending it for maintenance. If your computer contains confidential or sensitive data, we recommend that you back up the device and erase it before delivering it for maintenance. The password of the device’s (Mac) main user is also required if data is transferred or backed up (send it with the device). If you would like a paid backup during maintenance, make the required selection below. Data confirmation is only possible from a working device. Note that the device's mass memory (SSD) is integrated into the main circuit board and cannot be removed. If the main circuit board is damaged, the data cannot be backed up or restored.
